The AASP – The Palynological Society is pleased to announce its program of Student Research Grants to support research in palynology. For 2016, there will be two grants for $3000 (US) each for research in any area of palynology and one McNeilly Grant of $3000 (US) for research in Cenozoic tropical palynology (defined as approaching any scientific question using terrestrial palynomorphs or terrestrial with marine palynomorphs).

- Ordinarily, scholarships will be awarded to beginning graduate students, but advanced undergraduate students may also apply.
- Student Research Grants are to be used for costs directly connected to carrying out research, such as fieldwork and laboratory expenses.
