Bob and Renee Parsons Foundation Grant

We deal in hope by partnering with community organizations striving to make a difference.

The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation was formed to reach low-income and underserved populations, marginalized communities and causes often overlooked or underfunded by mainstream philanthropy. Dealing in the areas of homelessness, medical care, at-risk youth, education and the needs of wounded veterans, The Foundation provides transformational gifts to nonprofit organizations that are successfully addressing these issues and can demonstrate and measure the impact of their work.

Our Focus

Our areas of interest include:

The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation is a passionate supporter of organizations and activities that benefit the youth of our community. “Bob and I believe that all young people deserve an opportunity to reach their greatest potential. We want to provide opportunities that break the cycle of poverty and allow children to create a better life for themselves and their families.” – Renee Parsons

The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation is dedicated to increasing access to medical care to those who are underserved. By funding medical clinics for the homeless, dental clinics for the uninsured & undocumented and wellness centers for those with HIV/AIDS, we hope to improve the quality of life for thousands of deserving people who are often overlooked.

The Foundation’s passion for giving to Veterans is summed up powerfully by Bob Parsons: “It doesn’t matter where you served–Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard or Marine Corps. The men and women who served our country are very special people and they deserve our support.”

“He who opens a school door, closes a prison.” – Victor Hugo

“Home – a simple word that means so much. Yet for thousands of people in our community home doesn’t exist. By partnering with organizations combating this problem, we believe we can help inspire hope and be part of a solution.” -Renee Parsons

American Dream

The American Dream is a promise — that regardless of race or roots, young or old, rich or poor — if you work hard and take responsibility, you can make your dream real.

But the truth is, the dream is exponentially harder to achieve without access to a solid education, without the proper food to nourish you, without the basic medical care to keep healthy and strong, without a safe, happy place to call home … without hope.

We believe that every dream begins with hope — that single minded, relentless refusal to give up even in the darkest moments.

That hope compels us to partner with organizations that empower, educate, nurture and nourish — so that together we create opportunities in which people change their lives forever. And dreams become real.
