Overview:

Central Florida Foundation has grown to more than $60 million in assets since 1994 and has awarded grants of more than $30 million. We support nonprofits that use the investment to improve their organization’s performance, effectiveness, impact, and overall sustainability. We share our deep community knowledge with donors so they can make stronger giving decisions and help professional advisors serve their clients better.

Types of Grants

Community Investment Grant Rounds

Our Community Investment Grant Rounds occur twice a year, in the spring and fall, and are limited to nonprofits in the Central Florida region. Our fall grant round is specific to our Winter Park Community Foundation funds. There is no application for these grants and building a portrait in Nonprofit Search is the first step to qualify for consideration.

Grants from Advised Funds

Grants from Advised Funds may be made to 501(c)(3) organizations based on recommendations from fund advisors. There is no application process, but a Reviewed Portrait in the Nonprofit Search is encouraged.

Build a Portrait for Your Nonprofit

Nonprofit Search is available to all 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in our region as a way to be more transparent and to provide easier access to grant-makers, funders, donors, charitable investors and others. Please email Mary Meghan Flanagan at mflanagan[at]cffound.org to start creating a portrait.

Each nonprofit portrait contains in-depth information about a nonprofit organization.

You can learn more about this opportunity by visiting the funder's website.
