Ecolab is the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services.  Around the world businesses in foodservice, food processing, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and oil and gas markets choose Ecolab products and services to keep their environment clean and safe, operate efficiently and achieve sustainability goals.

NPO (Non-Profit Organizations) Grants

To qualify for an Ecolab NPO grant, a 501 (c) 3 organization must provide services in one of the regional geographies listed above and fall within one of our four strategic areas of giving:

  • Environment & Conservation:  hands-on environmental learning programs
  • Youth & Education:  programs to promote youth development, particularly youth at-risk
  • Civic & Community Development:  affordable housing, work readiness, crisis assistance and hunger relief
  • Arts & Culture:  arts education for children and youth, as well as support for museums and the performing arts

  • The NPO (Non-Profit Organizations) Grant is for 501 (c) 3 organizations.
  • For U.S. Regional Communities, a qualifying non-profit must provide services in the geographical area of an Ecolab regional facility (also listed here ):

    • City of Industry, CA
    • Columbus, MS
    • Corsicana, TX
    • Irving / Fort Worth, TX 
    • Elk Grove Village, IL 
    • Ellwood City, PA
    • Garland, TX 
    • Garyville, LA 
    • Greensboro, NC 
    • Huntington, IN 
    • Irving / Fort Worth, TX 
    • Jacksonville, FL
    • Joliet, IL
    • Martinsburg, WV 
    • McDonough, GA
    • Midland/Odessa, TX 
    • Naperville, IL
    • Sugar Land / Fresno, TX (Fort Bend County only)
  • Only one grant request per organization per year accepted

Ineligibility:

  • Contributions will not be made to or in support of:
    • Individuals
    • Sectarian/denominational religious organizations, except where funds are to be used in direct interest of the entire community
    • Loans or investments
    • Political/lobbying organizations
    • Industry, trade or professional association memberships
    • Disease-specific or health related organizations
    • Sports/athletic programs and facilities
    • Fundraising events/sponsorship
  • In accordance with Ecolab’s Code of Conduct, contributions will not be made to organizations that  discriminate on the basis of gender, race, ethnic origin, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, other personal characteristics or conditions protected by national, state or local law
