The Ecology Center
At the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Ecology Center, we work to support research, education, and community activities in ecology and environmental biology.
We provide resources to scientists within and outside Louisiana for multi-disciplinary research, and we foster community involvement and social awareness about the importance of Louisiana's ecological diversity.
We also work to educate K-12, undergraduate, and graduate students with structured classes, independent projects, and hands-on field and laboratory studies.
Graduate Student Research Grants
The Ecology Center promotes interdisciplinary studies linking university, government, and private sectors. We offer research grants for eligible graduate students.
