The Joseph J. Miller Foundation was established by Mr. Joseph J. Miller in 1973 under a trust agreement. Mr. Miller, a resident of Elloree, South Carolina, created the trust to support organizations duly authorized to carry on charitable, religious, scientific, literary, or educational activities.
