Overview:

Note: Prior to submitting a full proposal, it is required to submit a letter of inquiry in order to determine the potential eligibility of the request. There is no deadline to submit a letter of inquiry, however, letter of inquiries will be reviewed at the next board meeting, typically 3-4 weeks after the 'full proposal' deadline. At which time, if the board determines the applicant is eligible for consideration then the applicant will be asked to provide a full proposal due at the next 'full proposal' deadline.

For example: If the applicant submits a letter of inquiry in January, the letter will be reviewed AFTER our March 31st application deadline during the semi-annual board meeting in mid to late April. If invited, the full proposal will be due at the September 30 deadline.
