About this funder:
The OC Community Resilience Fund will provide funding to support community clinic operations for the purpose of providing preventative and medical services to those affected by COVID-19.
Funding will be made available for community clinics providing medical care for those who are ill and may have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus.
These grants will provide support for core operations for those clinics providing preventive and medical services to those affected by or exposed to COVID-19.
The Fund will be administered by Charitable Ventures, which will provide accounting and grants management in support of fund distribution.
The Fund will have rolling grant cycles, and will work to respond to applicants on a monthly basis, for the duration of the Fund and availability of funding.
Applications will be reviewed regularly by a review committee comprised of Orange County Community Foundation staff, St. Joseph Health Community Partnership Fund and OC Grant-makers.
Reporting requirements: grantees will be asked to report on numbers served and to offer a narrative description of impact on community members and nonprofit operations so that the Fund can continue to evolve its criteria to support providers.
