OCCF: Frank and Ruth Bila Fund Grant

The Frank and Ruth Bila Fund is a legacy grant program that was established, in part, to help support nonprofit hospitals within Orange County, California. For the 2019 grant cycle, funds will support the following:

  • Nonprofit hospitals located in Orange County, CA who provide care for the needy ill in Orange County, conduct research, research experimentation or research training in Orange County, or for the acquisitions of equipment or development of facilities to be used in Orange County.
  • A nonprofit hospital, for the purposes of this grant, is described as not owned by an organization or persons, directly or indirectly, which fail to meet the nonprofit requirements of the IRS Code and the laws of the State of California.
