Since 1989, the Orange County Community Foundation has granted more than $425 million to dreamers and doers motivated by their passion for a wide range of causes and issues. People not only wanting a better future, but believing that a brighter future is possible.

OCCF: Frank and Ruth Bila Fund Grant

The Frank and Ruth Bila Fund is a legacy grant program that was established, in part, to help support educational institutions within Orange County, California. For the 2017 grant cycle, funds will support the following:

  • Acquisitions of equipment or development of facilities at educational institutions in Orange County, CA.
  • An educational institution, for the purposes of this grant, is described as non-profit two (2) year or four (4) year colleges, private or public, which offer a general curriculum, do not discriminate and meet the nonprofit requirements of the IRS Code and the laws of the State of California.
