The objectives of the Early Detection Research Network (EDRN) are to discover, develop and validate biomarkers and imaging methods to detect early stage cancers and to translate these into clinical tests. The EDRN provides an infrastructure that is essential for this process and has successfully completed more than10 multicenter validation studies.
