Are you a member of staff in a private, academic or government laboratory? Want to train in a new technique and add to your CPD points? Know somewhere you can go to get this training but don’t have the funds to get there? Why not apply for the SfAM Laboratory Fellowship?

SfAM will pay a maximum of £1000 per week for a 1 to 4 week visit (to include staff travel, accommodation expenses and laboratory consumables).

You can learn more about this opportunity by visiting the funder's website.

  • Applications should be made through completion and submission of the SfAM application form.
  • Applicants must provide details on how they will sustain the technique once they have learnt it.
  • Normally, recipients of the awards are not postgraduate students, but in exceptional circumstances such applications may be considered.

You must be a member of this organization to apply for this award - become a member. Normally, recipients of the awards, or their employer will be members of SfAM, be in their second year of membership and have made two subscription payments.
