Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) is a disorder of the esophagus and is increasingly recognized as a major cause of swallowing difficulties in children and adults. UCM Community Benefit Grants – Community Health

The University of Chicago Medicine (UCM) Urban Health Initiative is pleased to announce a grant opportunity for community-based organizations. The purpose of this funding is to improve the health and well-being of residents on Chicago’s South Side, as outlined in the University of Chicago Medical Center Strategic Implementation Plan.

In recognition of the need for additional streams of funding available to South Side social service organizations, these grants aim to provide critical support for individuals affected by heart disease and/or diabetes. Please review the RFP for more details.

The SC Ministry Foundation provides annual grants aimed at supporting nonprofit organizations aligned with the mission of the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati. These grants can be used for core programs, planning, and program expansion. Eligible organizations must demonstrate financial sustainability and avoid duplication of services.
