Jewell Educational Scholarship

This scholarship is for a graduate of MHS, Columbus or Marshfield Alternative School who is enrolled at UWSP at Marshfield full-time pursuing an undergraduate degree. Preference to student majoring in business or economics and student who shows academic merit, character, and motivation.

The Wausau East Girls Swim Team Scholarship, established in 2006, honors student athletes who demonstrate exceptional dedication to the sport and their community. Administered by the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin, this scholarship supports graduating seniors from Wausau East High School who have been active members of the swim team for at least three years. Preference is given to those with work or community service experience, particularly in carpentry. The Sonya Sauer Scholarship, managed by The Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, supports students attending accredited colleges, universities, or technical schools full-time. Midwest Asset Management University Program

Operating, maintaining, and preserving affordable housing is complex and requires a specialized set of skills and a deep organizational commitment to asset management. Today, affordable housing providers face a variety of economic, operational, and compliance challenges, including rising operating costs, rental arrears, staffing shortages, and an aging portfolio.

Enterprise is launching its first Asset Management University (AMU) Program in the Midwest (Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri, and/or Minnesota) in March 2026 to support mission-aligned, affordable housing providers in meeting these challenges in their efforts to provide housing stability to residents and preserve the long-term affordability of properties.

The Midwest AMU is a comprehensive, five-month training program that seeks to strengthen the asset and property management capabilities of participating housing providers, improving organizations’ capacity to oversee the financial, physical, and operational health of their housing portfolios.

Midwest Asset Management University Cohort 

Enterprise is excited to offer this application for participation in the Asset Management University (AMU) Cohort (the “Cohort”). Up to fifteen (15) eligible organizations will be selected for this Cohort and will receive access to online training offered by the Consortium of Housing and Asset Management (CHAM), peer learning opportunities, and post-training technical assistance.

The Platteville Consumers Cooperative Scholarship, administered by The Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, supports graduating seniors from several high schools in the region pursuing education in agriculture or agribusiness. This initiative aims to enhance local educational opportunities and foster community growth by assisting students in their transition to post-secondary education. Eligible high schools include Belmont, Benton, Cuba City, and others, underscoring the commitment to supporting youth in Southern Wisconsin.

The North Crawford Scholarship, offered by The Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, aims to provide educational opportunities for graduates of North Crawford High School. Students planning to attend an accredited college, university, or technical school with a minimum GPA of 2.5 are eligible to apply. This scholarship not only supports academic pursuits but also enhances the quality of life in Southern Wisconsin, aligning with the foundation's mission of matching personal philanthropy with community needs.

The Amy Kerwin-Kobishop Accounting Scholarship, administered by Scholarship America Inc, supports high school seniors and current college students pursuing full-time undergraduate studies in Accounting or Finance at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse during the 2026-2027 academic year. Applicants must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0. This scholarship aims to reduce financial barriers to education, promoting academic success for underrepresented and underserved students.

The Albrecht Memorial Scholarship, provided by The Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, supports students with disabilities from five local high schools in Rock County to pursue post-secondary education at UW-Whitewater. Applicants must demonstrate a minimum GPA of 2.5 and provide proof of disability. This initiative reflects the foundation's commitment to enhancing educational opportunities and matching personal philanthropy with community needs, ensuring a lasting impact in Southern Wisconsin.

The Curt Marzolf Memorial Scholarship, managed by The Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, offers financial assistance to graduating seniors from Monroe, Argyle, Juda, or South Wayne high schools pursuing engineering studies at accredited colleges. This scholarship aims to support students who maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 and encourages applicants with interests in hunting, fishing, or related fields, although this is not a requirement. It reflects a commitment to enhancing educational opportunities in Southern Wisconsin.

The Elam Baer and Janis Clay Epilepsy Scholarship, administered by Scholarship America, aims to eliminate financial barriers for students with epilepsy. This scholarship is open to residents of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, or Iowa, who are high school seniors or current college students. The Doug & Janice Steinback Family Scholarship is offered by the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin to assist students from Southwest Wisconsin pursuing degrees in agriculture, life sciences, biology, or chemistry. Eligible applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and may receive preference if they demonstrate involvement in community activities or financial need. This scholarship aims to support local high school graduates from specific counties in their academic endeavors.

The James Beckum Player/Coach Scholarship Program, established by the Brewers Community Foundation, supports educational opportunities for Wisconsin youth. Named after James Beckum, a former Negro League player, this one-year scholarship varies between $1,000 and $2,500. To qualify, recipients must maintain a GPA of 2.8 or higher and complete at least 12 credits each semester, while also participating in a pre-game ceremony at the ballpark.

Mary A. Eyke Nursing Scholarship

This scholarship has been made possible by the generosity of Mary A. Eyke, who established the Mary A. Eyke Nursing Scholarship of the Community Foundation for Muskegon County. Mary A. Eyke has been described as friendly and independent, “a rock,” by her family, but Mary was more than that. She was a dedicated Registered Nurse and Director of Nursing who taught OB/GYN and pediatrics nursing at Mercy School of Nursing at Mercy General Health Partners for 30 years…and she was a philanthropist! At her death, after a life of 92 years, her wish was to establish the Mary A. Eyke Nursing Scholarship. Her passion was helping her students become good nurses. The Mary A. Eyke Nursing Scholarship will provide financial assistance to students who have dedicated themselves to the nursing profession Mary loved so very much.

Cherokee Nation Foundation

The Cherokee Nation Foundation is a nonprofit organization serving the Cherokee Nation, a federally recognized tribe of more than 470,000 citizens. Its mission is to provide educational opportunities to Cherokee students so they can reach their full potential. The Cherokee Nation Foundation is a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Scholarships

Cherokee Nation Foundation offers a diverse range of scholarships to help reverse the trend of rising student debt. Students may receive up to two CNF scholarships per academic year. All opportunities are reserved for Cherokee Nation citizens, unless otherwise noted in the description.

Luke Horton & Justin Phillips Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be a Cherokee Nation citizen living inside or outside of the Cherokee Nation reservation. This scholarship is for general education with an emphasis on Information Technology and requires a minimum GPA of 2.0. It is for full-time students in undergraduate or graduate school or students going to vo-tech school.
