• List your most recent competition date where you were in peak form and the time / mark of the performance
• Were you ever ranked in the top 20 in the US or top 50 in the world within the 2 years before you became pregnant? If yes, please list the ranking, month/year and by what source.
• How Foundation funding would benefit you personally and in your track & field/running career.

This scholarship is awarded to a returning student who is a resident of Middletown, Portland, Durham or Higganum, based on academic achievement, who would otherwise be unable to attend college.

Up to 121 students can receive need-based awards of up to $2,500 for the 2025-2026 academic year. Eligible candidates must demonstrate financial need, maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher, and be U.S. citizens or legal residents, ensuring that this scholarship fosters educational opportunities for deserving individuals.

The USA Swimming Foundation's HBCU Grant program is a $1 million initiative aimed at enhancing swimming opportunities in communities served by Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Launched in 2021, the program provides annual grants of $100,000 over ten years, supporting youth water safety lessons and university swim clubs.
