The Nevada Health Authority (NVHA) invites Nevada’s 28 federally recognized Tribal Nations, Bands, and Councils to join in a collaborative effort to strengthen and modernize health care infrastructure across our shared rural landscapes. This funding opportunity, supported by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (H.R. 1, 2025), is dedicated to honoring Tribal self-determination while improving health quality and access for all indigenous communities in Nevada.
