We believe education is more than a pathway to success—it’s a tool for liberation and a foundation for transformation. Introduction
Black women navigate systemic barriers in education and the workplace every day. EverGreen Dreams exists to change that narrative. As an organization founded by a Black woman and championed by advocates deeply rooted in our communities, we're committed to creating pathways to success for the next generation of Black female scholars.
