The Recovery Voucher (RV) Program provides housing assistance and supportive services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness who have an opioid use disorder (OUD). The program helps participants access safe, stable housing while supporting long-term recovery through coordinated housing and service partnerships.​

Assistance may include:

  • Monthly bed cost
  • Security deposit (if applicable)
  • Case management services

The RV program is administered locally by approved agencies across Wisconsin.
