Many generous individuals, families, and businesses have established scholarship funds to provide support to graduates in our region. Scholarships are available to graduating high school seniors.
Lawrence & Phyllis DeWolfe Scholarship
Established by the family and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence DeWolfe to provide college scholarships to graduating seniors from Blue Ridge, Lackawanna Trail, and Mountain View school districts who will major in agriculture, education, a STEM field or law enforcement.

Thomas Conaty Memorial Scholarship
Established by the family of Mr. Conaty to provide a college or post-secondary degree program scholarship to a student from Blue Ridge, Elk Lake or Montrose Area School Districts, including home schooled students from those districts. Preference will be given to a student who will pursue a degree in business or a related field.

Robert and Diane Turrell Family Scholarship
Established by Robert and Diane Hill Turrell. Provides a post-secondary scholarship to a high school graduate who is a student of good moral character and who demonstrates financial need through their Student Aid Report. Students from Lackawanna Trail, Tunkhannock, Elk Lake, Homeschooled and Wyalusing Valley High Schools may apply. Priority will be given to students living in Habitat for Humanity Housing. The recipient may re-apply during each of the remaining years of undergraduate study until reaching the age of 25.
Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Prescott
Helping others and the perpetuation of Jewish life is a fundamental Jewish belief. It is in this spirit that the was established in 1998. The Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that is governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees. The Foundation is incorporated under Arizona law, and has received permanent 501 (c) 3 recognition by the IRS.
The Mission of the Foundation is to serve as the focal point for Jewish planned giving and to enhance and promote the continuity of the Jewish community through a broad spectrum of charitable programs.
Grants
In keeping with the 5000 year-old Jewish tradition of helping one’s neighbor, the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Prescott utilizes unrestricted funds from its generous donors to practice the act of Tikkun Olam (repairing the world). Since its inception, the Foundation has had an active grants program to support new, innovative, and start-up charitable projects in the quad-city area of Greater Prescott.
Grant Guidelines
In keeping with its Mission statement, the Foundation supports those grant proposals that serve humanitarian, social service, education, health, arts, and cultural programs. The Foundation’s Community Outreach Grant Program was developed to improve and enhance life for the residents of the Greater Prescott community.

Eric Minkiewicz Presidential Scholarship Award
This scholarship is available to eligible employees of Renewal by Andersen of Eastern NY and their immediate family members who plan to pursue a two or four year college degree or a trade/technical certification program.
We support students who live our values: who do what they say they will, act with urgency, respect others, work as a team and commit to continuous improvement.
This scholarship reflects our belief that everyone leads, and our commitment to fostering a winning environment for our employees, customers, and community.

Geographic Limitations:
High school seniors qualified for graduation from a high school in Rooks County, Kansas.
