DMHAS is soliciting proposals to add additional beds to existing substance use residential treatment programs or add new substance use residential treatment programs. These beds/programs would be jointly funded by CT Medicaid and DMHAS as described above. The specific American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) levels of care being expanded via this RFP are 3.5 and 3.1. There is particular interest in expanding services for women and those providing trauma and gender bestpractices.
