Autism Medical Home Center of Excellence
Purpose for Which the Grant Program Funds Shall be Used
Approximately $3,5000,000 may be allocated to the following NJ Governor's Council for Medical Research and Treatment of Autism research projects: Predoctoral Fellowship Research (CAUT27GFP), Postdoctoral Fellowship Research (CAUT27DFP), Postdoctoral Associate Research (CAUT27DAP), Basic Research (CAUT27BRP), Clinical Research (CAUT27CRP), and Autism Medical Home Center of Excellence (CAUT27AMH), contingent on the availability of NJDOH funding.

Early Hearing Detection and Intervention
The purpose of the grant program is to improve family engagement and partnership with the Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI) program, and provide support to families of children who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing (D/HH).
Qualifications Needed by Applicant to be Considered for a Grant
Non-competitive renewal funding will be given to existing grantee with satisfactory performance. If a need is identified which cannot be met by the existing project, EHDI will release a competitive Request for Application (RFA). Qualifications needed include demonstrated ability and capacity to meet the programmatic requirements identified in the RFA

The purpose of this grant program is to provide funds to statewide, nonprofit athletic organizations serving athletes with disabilities to provide sports training and athletic competition.
Applicants must be able to provide athletic competition and sports training, throughout the state for athletes with disabilities. Applicants must be knowledgeable about and demonstrate the ability to work with athletes with disabilities.

Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program
Purpose for Which the Grant Program Funds Shall be Used
The Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Program supports pregnant people and parents with young children who live in communities that face greater risks and barriers to achieving positive maternal and child health outcomes. Families choose to participate in home visiting programs and partner with health, social service, and child development professionals to set and achieve goals that improve their health and well-being.

WISEWOMAN Program
The New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH) - WISEWOMAN: Well-Integrated Screening and Evaluation for WOMen Across the Nation program seeks to fund evidence-based strategies to prevent and manage cardiovascular disease in women aged 35-64, at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level, are under-or-uninsured, and are enrolled in the National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (NBCCEDP). Funding will address the burden of cardiovascular disease and its riskfactors by implementing prevention and self-management strategies, system-level bi-directional e-referral structures, implementing or expanding team-based care, and improving the capacity of the cardiovascular disease workforce to address social determinants of health (SDOH).
