Over three years, Fellows engage in cohort-based learning at biannual institutes, receive coaching, and deepen their Jewish knowledge while building a strong professional network. This initiative fosters personal and professional growth, equipping the next generation of leaders to serve their communities effectively and connect with a global alumni network.

The Institutional Award for Undergraduate Student Training, offered by the American Heart Association, supports qualified research institutions in providing meaningful research experiences for undergraduate students. This three-year award enables institutions to apply for funding for two to five students annually, promoting diversity in science and enhancing mentorship opportunities. Institutions are encouraged to develop robust recruitment plans and ensure effective support for participants, while adhering to strict budget guidelines and reporting requirements.

Manning Family Scholarship

Nontraditional student - includes delayed enrollment, employment status, part time enrollment, financial independence, has dependents or other characteristics as set by the Foundation.

The AGA: Student Abstract Award offers a $500 travel grant to graduate students, medical students, and residents (up to postgraduate year three) presenting at Digestive Disease Week® (DDW). We administer a number of scholarships, which range from the traditional academic and athletic awards to corporate and special circumstances offerings. These scholarships are open to all residents of Marshall County, as long as other requirements are met.

This scholarship will be awarded annually to one or more graduating seniors in Marshall County or St. Joseph County who are planning to pursue a course of study in the production of performing arts.

Alice O. Rydell Interior Design Scholarship

Graduating senior or graduating early college student who attends public, private, or home school in the primary service area of the Community Foundation.

The NIH HEAL Initiative PainCare Clinician Training Program (PCTP) aims to develop a new generation of independent investigators in patient-oriented research focused on pain management. This K23 award provides essential funding to support early-career researchers, enabling them to establish independent research programs aligned with the NIH HEAL Initiative. Key application deadlines span from October 2024 to June 2027, ensuring opportunities for renewals and resubmissions. This program is vital for advancing pain management research.

The NMDP Amy Strelzer Manasevit Research Program Grant supports early-career researchers in hematopoietic cell transplantation and cellular therapy. With a maximum funding of $400,000 over five years, it aims to address complications post-transplant, such as infection and relapse. This prestigious grant encourages innovative research proposals, particularly those targeting HLA-mismatched donor outcomes. By fostering new talent in the field, the program is essential for advancing our understanding of critical post-transplant challenges.

The Culver Young Farmers Agricultural Scholarship, administered by the Marshall County Community Foundation, provides annual scholarships for students pursuing agricultural studies. The Dr. Christie L. Peterson Scholarship, administered by the Marshall County Community Foundation, aims to empower disadvantaged youth in Marshall County, aged 16 to 21, by providing annual scholarships for trade education. The scholarship is open to all eligible residents and does not require a high school diploma. It fosters community growth by connecting local students with opportunities to learn valuable skills, ensuring a brighter future for the next generation.

The National Pride Grant for LGBTQIA+ Small Businesses, opening for applications on April 22, 2025, offers $25,000 in funding distributed as $1,000 micro grants to 25 eligible LGBTQIA+ business owners. Designed to support diverse founder-led enterprises, this initiative encourages professional development and aids in achieving over $1 million in revenue. Eligible participants must have a U.S.-based business and meet specific criteria regarding ownership, revenue, and employee count.

The AI for Economic Opportunity Fund, established by the GitLab Foundation, aims to catalyze transformative economic opportunities using advanced AI technologies. This funding round invites bold proposals that leverage AI to enhance economic mobility, improve service delivery, and create new educational pathways. Grantees will receive $250,000 in funding, technical support, and access to a network of practitioners. The fund seeks projects that demonstrate ethical awareness and promote fairness in AI deployment.

Agnes Zuverink-Norman Nursing Scholarship

Graduating senior or graduating early college student from one of the following high schools: Black River, Holland Christian, Holland High School, West Ottawa, Zeeland East, or Zeeland West.

The ACI Foundation Concrete Materials Fellowship supports students pursuing careers in concrete materials, providing a $10,000 educational stipend for tuition and related expenses. Open to undergraduate and graduate students, this fellowship emphasizes innovation in concrete applications for new construction and repairs. Recipients gain industry recognition and mentorship, and are encouraged to complete internships.
