Search Through Tulsa Grants for Nonprofits in Oklahoma

The Laura C. Grant amounts vary by category and organization size. If you have previously received a ZFF grant, an amount in that same range is a good starting point.

The Georgia-Pacific Foundation Grant supports organizations in the Metro Atlanta area, focusing on education, entrepreneurship, community enrichment, and environmental sustainability. Established in 1958, the foundation prioritizes investments that align with its mission and values, promoting long-term well-being within communities where Georgia-Pacific operates. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) nonprofits, public schools, and local government entities located within 30 miles of GP manufacturing sites.

The Tulsa Foundation Grant supports charitable nonprofit organizations in the Tulsa, OK community across various program areas, including arts, education, and health. Funded exclusively for 501(c)(3) entities, this grant aims to enhance community development and civic activities. Note that individuals are not eligible to apply, ensuring that funds are directed towards organizations that contribute to the well-being of the Tulsa area. The J.D. Fletcher Family Scholarship Award, established by the Tulsa Community Foundation in 1998, supports graduating seniors from Creek County, Oklahoma. Eligible applicants must plan to attend an accredited four-year college or university and pursue a bachelor's degree in science. This scholarship aims to foster education and empower local students to achieve their academic goals, contributing to a vibrant community and a brighter future.

The Jon P Nelson Scholarship, administered by the Tulsa Community Foundation, supports students graduating from Oklahoma high schools who are pursuing engineering majors with an energy focus. Established in memory of Jon P. Nelson, a passionate advocate for education and community service, this scholarship prioritizes applicants with financial needs, fostering the next generation of engineers dedicated to making a positive impact in the energy sector.

The Joyce Bright Scholarship Award, established by the Tulsa Community Foundation in 1998, aims to provide financial assistance for higher education to deserving students. The Central States Manufacturing Scholarship Program, managed by the Tulsa Community Foundation, offers education scholarships to dependents of full-time Central States employees. This initiative encourages high school seniors and college students to pursue their educational goals by providing financial assistance for undergraduate studies. Established in 1998, the Tulsa Community Foundation supports charitable giving to enhance opportunities for the community and ensure future generations can meet their philanthropic needs.

The Ed and Linda Berger Scholarship, offered by the Tulsa Community Foundation, provides financial assistance to graduating seniors from Tulsa Public Schools. Eligible applicants must have one or both parents or step-parents who are or have been incarcerated. This scholarship aims to support students in overcoming barriers and achieving their educational goals, contributing to the community's long-term welfare and growth.

The Empowering YOU Scholarship, launched by the Tulsa Community Foundation in 1998, supports adults pursuing higher education at accredited institutions in the Tulsa area. This program focuses on individuals who have faced significant challenges but are committed to improving their lives through education. By providing financial assistance, the scholarship aims to empower these students to thrive and contribute positively to their communities.

Tulsa Community Foundation

TCF is among the nation’s largest community foundations, managing over $6 billion in assets and distributing $300 million or more each year to charities across northeastern Oklahoma and the United States. Established in 1998, TCF assists nonprofit agencies, corporations, individuals and families with flexible charitable giving solutions. TCF delivers easy, low-cost solutions to benefit the community and region.   

Scholarships

Tulsa Community Foundation maintains more than forty scholarship funds, assisting students locally and nationally. The diversity of eligibility criteria for each fund reflects the variety of donor motivations to create or support scholarship funds.

Annually, TCF distributes funds to assist hundreds of students with educational expenses at colleges, universities, vocational-technical schools, and primary and secondary schools.

Invited Scholars Fund

The Invited Scholars Award supports students enrolled in undergraduate, trade or vocational programs at U.S. institutions.
