Royal Caribbean Scholarship offers tuition support for children of Royal Caribbean Corporation employees.

TERM: Scholarships are available for undergraduate studies of one to four years and graduate studies of up to two years.

The Harold Grinspoon Foundation offers the Rekindle Shabbat Grant, aimed at fostering community through Shabbat gatherings. This grant supports events that bring people together, whether in-person or remotely, to celebrate Shabbat with meaningful rituals. Eligible participants include residents of Western Massachusetts and Southern Vermont. Grants reimburse up to $18 per individual for meals, encouraging diverse groups to gather and connect over shared traditions. Applications must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event.

The McLaughlin, Delbert & Mary Teaching Scholarship, established by Bill McLaughlin in memory of his parents, supports graduating seniors from the St. Joseph School District pursuing degrees in Education. St Joseph School District Foundation Smith, Dr Melody Scholarship

This fund was established in recognition of Dr. Melody Smith by the St. Joseph School District Foundation to provide academic scholarships to graduates of the St. Joseph School District pursuing a degree in education.

Guidelines:

The scholarship is recurring for up to two years, payable in August and January. Before processing the payments, the following information will need to be sent to the Community Foundation during the sophomore year of college:

• Verification of acceptance into the Education Program from the Program Director (or a copy of the education major/minor form signed by the student and academic advisor)
• Letter from the University verifying your enrollment for the upcoming semester including the student ID number
• Verification from  the university that the student is maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Amount:

Minimum of $1,000 annually, for up to two years payable in August and January. The second installment will be released upon proof of good academic progress (transcript required as proof) and enrollment in the declared education program.

The Global Support Fund offers up to $6,000 for First-Year/Direct admits at Northeastern University, enabling them to participate in various approved global experiences. Eligible students must complete the GSF Request Form after acceptance into a program, ensuring they meet deadlines. The funding can cover program fees, airfare, housing, meals, and required course materials, but cannot be used for tuition or personal travel. This initiative encourages exploration and cultural immersion for students.

The Martinson Global Grants provide funding for students admitted to the John Martinson Honors Program at Northeastern University. These grants support participation in approved global experiences, including study abroad and alternative spring break programs. Internal admits can apply for funding to cover various expenses such as program fees, airfare, and housing. It's essential to submit the MGG Request Form and apply before the term's deadline. Note that tuition and personal travel costs are not covered.

The ES Veterans Association Grant supports U.S. military service members and veterans in New England. Organizations with an EIN can apply for grants of any amount, which must align with the association's mission. The AHA: Rapid Response Funding offers crucial support to nonprofit organizations facing urgent campaign needs in the final stages of policy advocacy. This funding is intended for grassroots organizing, coalition building, polling, and media relations to successfully push for policy passage or defend against harmful legislation. Only organizations that are tax-exempt and have exhausted other resources are eligible, ensuring that funds are directed to campaigns with critical needs.

The Glenn W. Bailey STEM Scholars Grant supports colleges and universities in expanding STEM programs for post-secondary students. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with no set deadlines. Grants, capped at $25,000, aim to enhance educational experiences through various initiatives, including workshops, research funding, and student organizations. The Joan H. Hensley Scholarship, established by Communities Foundation of Texas, aims to support graduating high school seniors or past graduates from Dallas County. It provides scholarships for those pursuing degrees at accredited trade or vocational schools or community colleges. Eligible candidates are evaluated based on school and community involvement, leadership potential, financial need, and an essay response. The Unitarian Universalist Funding Program (UUFP) is a denominational grantmaking program of the Unitarian Universalist Association. Inspired by the richness and diversity of our liberal religious tradition, the mission of the UUFP is to promote the influence of Unitarian Universalist principles through grantmaking.

With funds generously provided by the Unitarian Universalist Veatch Program at Shelter Rock, the UUFP awards grants to Unitarian Universalist (UU) and non-UU projects and organizations. Grants are made that:

• Support the work of social justice.
• Strengthen Unitarian Universalist institutions.
• Transform gratitude for being into generosity of living.

Get Out The Vote - 2026

The Fund for UU Social Responsibility has increased funding for grants to UU congregations and organizations working to Get Out The Vote in 2026. Grants of up to $1,000 will be made on a rolling basis until funds are depleted.  

Please note that funds must go to a UU congregation or organization for the work by UUs of the organization. The funds may not be passed through to another organization. Collaboration and partnerships are encouraged.

UU congregations and organizations frequently support the democratic process in an election cycle in a non-partisan* manner by participating in voter registration drives, organizing to stop voter suppression, providing non-partisan educational materials or forums for voters, or by volunteering to help registered voters get to the polls on election day.

The Howard C. Gale Excellence Scholarship, offered by the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg, awards 5-10 scholarships of up to $2000 each to high-achieving students. Eligible candidates must graduate from a career or technology center in Dauphin, Cumberland, or Perry county, possess a minimum GPA of 3.5, and intend to pursue a career in the construction industry or related fields, such as Architecture or Engineering.

The Garman Builders Phil Shatto Legacy Scholarship, established by the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg, supports local youth pursuing education in construction-related fields. Annually, 5-10 scholarships of up to $2000 are awarded based on academic performance and career aspirations, with a focus on students entering the Building/Construction Industry. This initiative, active since 1987, encourages future workforce development in essential sectors like Architecture and Engineering.
