Grants from Presbyterian Mission Agency can provide up to US $6,000 for PC(USA) church members pursuing their first degree.

Minority high school seniors and recent graduates pursuing postsecondary education can receive US $1,000 scholarships through the Community Foundation for a Greater Richmond, with a focus on African American youth. Focused on minority services, the foundation invites students from Louisa or Fluvanna County public schools, including those with ties to New Hampshire, to apply.

Students of color pursuing higher education who are GED recipients or graduating high school seniors with financial need may benefit from this scholarship, which supports minority services and Indigenous services beyond New Hampshire. The Community Foundation of South Puget Sound’s Learning Seed Foundation Scholarship offers US $3,000, renewable for up to three additional undergraduate years.

Focused on supporting minority students, Innovia Foundation invites New Hampshire residents who are Black, Indigenous, or other People of Color to pursue marketing, advertising, design, or computer science studies. Scholarships support academic achievement and may benefit those active in school activities, community service, or work experience within Innovia's broader service region.

Undergraduate engineering students from marginalized ethnic or gender groups in New Hampshire can apply for the PAE Diversity in Engineering Scholarship from the Architecture Foundation of Oregon; awards Up to US $20,000 to offset direct educational costs. Eligible students study at U.S. 4-year institutions and are passionate about climate justice and community impact.

Students of color pursuing higher education, including those from New Hampshire, can seek scholarships supporting college costs such as tuition, fees, and room and board. With a mission to assist diverse students, Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts offers up to US $3,000 through the Loren and Norma Hill Scholarship Fund, with preference for Hampden County residents.

Nonprofit organizations with at least five years of serving Black, Latina, and Native American women and girls can seek funding to recruit and retain them in college-level computing programs, including in New Hampshire. Reboot Representation Tech Coalition supports research-backed, multi-geometry initiatives that build computing skills using its gender-inclusivity framework.

American Indian and Alaska Native students pursuing STEM PhD programs in the U.S., including those from New Hampshire, can apply for Montana State University’s LSAMP Bridge to Doctorate support; awards US $88,000 in stipend and education allowance. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and past LSAMP undergraduate participants.

Indigenous undergraduate and graduate students in STEM fields, including those from New Hampshire, can apply for the American Indian Science and Engineering Society’s Indian Motorcycle Academic Scholarship, awarding US $5,000 per year for academic expenses. Applicants must be current AISES members with a 3.0 GPA or higher and meet specific Indigenous ancestry criteria.

The Estelle Massey Osborne Scholarship supports exceptional African American nurses pursuing master's degrees. Applicants must have at least two semesters remaining in their program, maintain a minimum GPA of 3.6, and hold a current RN license. This scholarship, provided by Nurses Educational Funds Inc., honors Estelle Massey Osborne, the first African American nurse to earn a master's degree in the U.S. It aims to promote nursing leadership through financial assistance for advanced education.

James P. Humphrey, Black Achievers Scholarship

Shelby County residents who are of African-American descent and a graduating senior at a Shelby County High School maintaining a high school GPA of no less than 2.0.

Selection based upon (in order of priority):

Financial need, academic ability, demonstrated community and school service, and recommendations, and an interview.

The Richmond African American Scholarship, established by The Community Foundation for a Greater Richmond, aims to support African American students from public high schools in Richmond. This scholarship provides financial assistance for college expenses and is awarded to students based on academic achievement, leadership, and community involvement. Eligible candidates must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher and plan to enroll in a full-time Baccalaureate program at an accredited institution after graduation.

Judy Huang Scholarship

The scholarship was established by Judy Huang to support a college education for students who are Asian, in financial need, and demonstrate perseverance and hard work.

Award Amount:

• $5,000 payable over fours years at $1,250 per year.

Kansas City Pride Community Alliance Scholarship Fund

The KCPCA Scholarship provides needed financial assistance to support LGBTQ+ students who are resident of Jackson, Clay, Platte or Buchannan counties in Missouri and Johnson, Wyandotte or Douglas counties in Kansas of all background and educational interests. We prioritize LGBTA+ students who need it most and who have some or all of the following experiences:

• People of color, Black, Indigenous
• Trans, Non-binary, Gender Expansive, Two spirit people
• People with disabilities – including people living with chronic illnesses, HIV, neurodivergence, mental health challenges
• People who have or are experiencing housing instability
• People living in rural areas
• People who have financial need without access to financial support
• People who have experienced family rejection.

The Talati Family Scholarship Fund, administered by the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts, aims to support students of color pursuing higher education. Students can apply through a single online application, which connects them to various scholarships based on eligibility. Awards can reach up to $3,000 and may impact financial aid offers. This scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate students attending accredited institutions in the U.S., particularly those from Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden Counties.

David & Priscilla Morris Scholarship

The David and Priscilla Morris Scholarship was established to provide tuition support for Black or African American students attending Western Michigan University.

KZCF scholarships may be applied to any items under your school’s cost of attendance (COA). Each school has a different COA that may include items such as tuition, fees, housing, transportation, food, health insurance, etc. Scholarship payments are sent directly to your institution.

This scholarship is a one-time award, meaning that it will not repeat in subsequent years. The money awarded can be applied to your education costs alongside other scholarships or funding that you may receive, and there are no necessary steps once funds are sent.
