Mr. Rybolt, owner of Rybolt Production Products, was a member of the Delaware City Council for six years, and served as chairman of Red Cross. Mrs. Rybolt volunteered for Red Cross and was the residential chairman of United Way. Walter and Mary both graduated from Ohio Wesleyan and were longtime residents of Delaware, Ohio.
