To award annually a scholarship to a qualified applicant who intends to pursue education toward a 4-year college degree.

The Catherine Pierce Scholarship, established by the United Negro College Fund, aims to support students pursuing degrees in the Arts and Art History. Eligible candidates must be enrolled full-time at an accredited U.S. institution and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5.
