Russell County SPARC Grant
RCACF will consider applications for SPARC grants within Russell County. Applications will be reviewed upon receipt of the submitted application. Only organizations with a 501(c)(3) public charity status, schools / educational institutions, churches / religious organizations, or local government agencies (city/county) are eligible to apply. Upon approval of the request, funds will take 10-14 days for processing.
