Paul C. & Anita M. Spadafore Family Scholarship

Anita Levi Spadafore was born in Saginaw in 1908, daughter of the late James and Mary Levi. Anita passed away in 2004. She was married to the late Paul Spadafore with whom she owned Sundquist Travel Agency.

As the daughter of Italian immigrants who took great pride in becoming United States citizens, Anita placed great emphasis on community citizenship. To her daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, she imbued the value of education. Her decision to establish a scholarship fund in memory of her parents and her husband’s parent was clearly the result of her lifelong commitment to both community and education.

Casting your Future – UAW Local 668 Scholarship

The International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW) is one of the largest and most diverse unions in North America and is committed to improving the lives of working men and women around the globe.
