At Teresa's death, the Cioe's estate plan directed that a portion go to the Community Foundation to establish the Raymond and Teresa Cioe Fund which will present scholarships to Muskegon Area students who wish to attend independent colleges such as Notre Dame, Aquinas or Albion.
