RHTP 4.2b Healthcare Associated Infections (HAI) Prevention RFA
The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) was awarded Federal funds through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as part of the Nebraska Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) Initiative 4.2b Healthcare-Associated Infection (HAI) Prevention. Through this initiative, DHHS will assist healthcare partners in their efforts to reduce preventable infections, limit antibiotic resistance, and improve healthcare outcomes in rural Nebraska.

The Costume Society of America (CSA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded on March 23, 1973, and incorporated in the state of New York on September 12, 1973. CSA serves it members, and promotes its goals with national symposia and publications including the journal Dress and its monthly electronic newsletter CSA e-News.
The organization began forming regional groups in 1978. There are six regional groups in the United States and Canada, and one international group. Individual regions hold annual meetings, sponsor programs and publish newsletters.

Midwest Region Student Travel Award
Each year, CSA travel funding in an amount up to $750 is available for a Midwest Region Student Member to present at the National Symposium of The Costume Society of America. Awards may be distributed among multiple student members.

Renewals: Recipients can apply as part of the total applicant pool for the second year, consecutively. Scholarship can only be received for two years.

The Kansas Association of Independent Crop Consultants created this scholarship fund to award to a qualified individual majoring in an agricultural field.
CSA Midwest Region: Beth Dunlap Award
The Midwestern Region presents The Beth Dunlap Award at the Regional Symposium. The award will be offered to a person who has made contributions worthy of the highest commendation and the achievements will have continued importance. Beth Dunlap was one of the founding members of the Midwestern Region. A fashion illustrator and artist, she passed away in 2009.
