The Office of Cancer Control and Prevention provides funding to the ten Regional Chronic Disease Coalitions to support programmatic needs to enhance outreach and education activities across the continuum of cancer primary prevention, early detection, cancer survivorship, palliative care and transportation for screenings and survivorship health and wellness.
