Our Honor Grant program provides financial support to 501(c)(3) nonprofits that offer services to victims and families impacted by heinous crimes. Awarded quarterly, these grants help organizations continue vital work in some of the hardest moments families will ever face.

The AFI Grant, administered by the Adient Foundation, Inc., supports charitable organizations across the U.S. with a focus on philanthropic efforts. These one-time grants do not guarantee future funding, emphasizing a need for organizations to demonstrate sound management and community impact. Each year, past recipients must reapply under the standard application process, ensuring that support aligns with equal opportunity objectives and the Foundation's mission to complement public funding.

The AFI Grant, administered by the Adient Foundation, Inc., aims to support philanthropic organizations in the U.S. that are tax-exempt. The Thoroughbred Education and Research Foundation (TERF) offers grants to support education and research related to Thoroughbred horses. Eligible applicants include qualified 501(c)(3) organizations, while those previously funded must submit reports before applying again. Notably, TERF does not provide funds for facilities caring for unwanted horses or cover overhead costs for grants.

The Prevent Cancer Foundation is dedicated to cancer prevention and early detection, funding vital research grants and fellowships across the U.S. Its mission is to empower individuals to combat cancer, aiming to reduce cancer deaths by 40% by 2035. The grants provide up to $100,000 over two years to innovative projects that enhance cancer prevention and early detection efforts, supporting a future where cancer is preventable and manageable for everyone.

The Innovation in Behavioral Health (IBH) Model (the “Model”) is an eight-year, voluntary service delivery and payment model promoting integrated care in behavioral health (BH) settings. The IBH Model will test the impact of a value-based payment (VBP) model aligned across Medicaid and Medicare that supports an integrated care delivery framework in specialty BH organizations and settings for adult Medicaid, Medicare, and dually eligible beneficiaries with moderate to severe mental health conditions and/or substance use disorders (SUDs).The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), through its Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (Innovation Center), will select up to eight state Medicaid agencies (SMAs) to participate in the Model. Implementation will begin in January 2025 and end in December 2032. The Model will have an eight-year performance period, which will be comprised of a three-year Pre-Implementation Period along with a five-year Implementation Period. Up to $7.5 million dollars in cooperative agreement award funding will be available to each selected Recipient over the course of the eight years. 

The Woman's National Farm and Garden Association (WNF&GA) Scholarship supports graduate students pursuing careers in conservation and natural resource management. This annual scholarship aims to continue the legacy of conservationists dedicated to protecting our planet's resources. Eligible candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to environmental stewardship through their academic and community involvement. However, WNF&GA members and their immediate families are excluded from eligibility. The scholarship is a vital resource for future leaders in conservation.
