Priority is given to organizations that serve rural communities, special needs populations, and those innovating in construction and service delivery, ensuring housing stability and economic prosperity for all Coloradans.

The Littler Youth Fund provides grants to support youth programs and projects in Weld County, aiming to positively impact local youth aged 0-18.
