Kappa Alpha Psi Foundation Scholarships
The Foundation Scholarships are merit-based and awarded to qualified students with a consideration of financial need. All recipients shall be in pursuit of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and as described by the respective scholarship criteria. Most scholarships are for one year, non-renewable unless otherwise indicated in the award description.
Scholarship amounts vary depending on the scholarship applied for. Applicants are encouraged to apply for as many awards as they are eligible to increase the likelihood of receiving one or more awards.
Scholarships can be used for cost of attendance, direct education expenses, including tuition, books, and/or other school-related fees.
If you receive an award, be sure to complete your scholarship acceptance form (online portal). Scholarship awards are paid directly to the academic institution by the end of August.
Oneita J. Waltenberger Scholarship Fund
Established in 2015, this scholarship provides support to current or former residents of DeKalb County, IL, who are pursuing undergraduate or post-graduate education in the healthcare field. Current high school students, including high school seniors, do not qualify.

Potential applicants should describe their initiative to synthesize the existing medical literature on the safety data available for JAKis indicated for the treatment of M2S AD and distill it into a concise, practical communication for the community of providers who treat AD. The educational initiative should be based on the body of scientific evidence available in the literature including the following, but not limited to:

Individual projects requesting up to $75,000 USD will be considered. Maximum project length is 1 year.
