Terry L. Goins Endowed Scholarship

For graduating seniors from Monroe and Ida High Schools pursuing higher education.

The Shannon Revel Scholarship, offered by the Community Foundation of Monroe County, supports high school seniors in Monroe County pursuing a degree in environmental engineering.
