RFP: Improve Access to Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD)
The Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Behavioral Health Administration (STATE), is seeking Proposals from qualified Responders to improve access to medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) services throughout Minnesota.
STATE received a State Opioid Response (SOR) grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA). The purpose of the SOR grant is to address the public health crisis caused by escalating opioid and stimulant use, Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), Stimulant Use Disorder, and opioid and stimulant-related morbidity and mortality across the nation. Minnesota has been awarded SOR funds since the grant program’s inception by SAMHSA in 2018. Multiple organizations and projects have been funded to support a continuum of care including prevention programming, treatment, MOUD, naloxone distribution, and recovery support services
Regenerative Medicine Minnesota
Regenerative Medicine Minnesota aims to improve the health of Minnesotans by advancing regenerative medicine. This state-wide initiative opens new economic opportunities through commercialization of technologies and leverages the strengths of Minnesota institutions to position the state at the forefront of regenerative medicine.
In May of 2014, the Minnesota State Legislature allocated $4.5 million (the first year) and $4.35 million of support per year thereafter, to fund research and biobusiness development initiatives that improve or increase access to regenerative medicine throughout the state.
Regenerative Medicine Minnesota (RMM) RFP
Bringing breakthrough regenerative medicine therapies to Minnesotans
The mission of RMM is to bring breakthrough regenerative medicine therapies to Minnesotans and the rest of the world. In this RFP, RMM is calling for proposals that advance groundbreaking regenerative medicine therapies and innovations that help them reach patients. RMM seeks projects that build off strengths and fill gaps in regenerative medicine in Minnesota to establish the state as a leader in the industry.
This RFP is designed to solicit two types of projects. Projects that aim to advance:
This funding program may support a variety of projects such as identification, development, testing and real-world application of regenerative medicine innovations including therapeutics, diagnostics, devices, tools, platforms, approaches, methods, processes, models, etc.
LSTA Literacy Grant FFY 2026 – State Fiscal Year 2027
Grant purpose
The Minnesota Department of Education makes this funding available to libraries as defined per Minnesota Statutes 2025, section 134.001, subdivision 2 for the purpose of helping to achieve Minnesota’s LSTA Five-Year Plan (2023-2027), Goals A, B, and C, to reduce barriers to access, promote equity, showcase libraries’ contributions to community, and empower Minnesota’s library workforce. Successful grant proposals will connect proposed project activities to improving access to services and information in areas of literacy.
While LSTA funds are primarily intended to support new projects that can serve as models or pilots, applications for new phases of a project that is underway may be submitted. Libraries may also apply for funding of an ongoing project if it reaches new audiences, incorporates new methods or significantly expands the reach of the project.
