Hospice Foundation of Oklahoma

The Hospice Foundation of Oklahoma at OCCF grant opportunity is designed to improve end-of-life care for Oklahomans and increase education and awareness of hospice and palliative care options throughout the state.

Priorities

The organization must improve end-of-life-care for Oklahomans through one or more of the following:

• Education for health care professionals
• Awareness for Oklahomans around hospice and palliative care
• Social model hospice facilities and services

Awards are made up to $30,000.
