Dr. Robert Palmer Scholarship Fund

To make awards for one or more students from Luna county.

The Edna Mae Scholarship, offered by the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico, aims to support women from rural communities in their pursuit of higher education at vocational community colleges or universities.
