Eligible applicants include educators at BIE-funded or controlled schools, as well as those at institutions with significant Native American populations, fostering increased representation and support for Native scholars.

The Graduate Professional Advancement Grant at Montana State University provides funding for graduate students in their 3rd semester or higher to present at professional conferences. Undergraduates, graduates, medical and professional school students and adult re-entry students who are attending community colleges, four-year universities, career/technical schools, teaching credential programs and graduate, medical or professional schools in the United States are eligible for scholarships offered at NCCF.

Grayce Wills MacDonald and Ivan A. MacDonald Endowment

Shall support students who attended high school in Cherokee, Graham, Clay, Swain, Macon, Jackson, Haywood, Buncombe, and Henderson counties, and who are pursuing a college or post-graduate level degree in the field of nutrition with emphasis on the study of natural foods and the vegetarian lifestyle. Scholarships may be based on both need and merit.

The Fred and Betty Worsh Scholarship Fund, managed by the North Carolina Community Foundation, offers financial support to residents of New Hanover and Brunswick Counties who are U.S. citizens attending accredited four-year colleges or universities. Scholarships are available to undergraduates, graduates, and adult re-entry students, and may be renewed annually based on academic performance and financial need. Applications open on December 16, 2025, and close on March 3, 2026.

Lawrence & Phyllis DeWolfe Scholarship

Established by the family and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence DeWolfe to provide college scholarships to graduating seniors from Blue Ridge, Lackawanna Trail, and Mountain View school districts who will major in agriculture, education, a STEM field or law enforcement.

The Chevron Changing the Face of Golf Scholarship, awarded by the LPGA Foundation, aims to empower female high school seniors from minority backgrounds pursuing STEM studies. Established in 2022, this scholarship promotes diversity in golf and education, honoring Dinah Shore's legacy. By supporting young women, the LPGA Foundation continues its mission to change the face of golf and provide educational opportunities, enhancing representation in both golf and STEM fields.

The Carteret County Retired School Personnel Scholarship Endowment offers scholarships to graduating seniors from Carteret County public high schools with a minimum GPA of 2.5. Eligible students must apply for admission to an accredited college or university and plan to pursue a degree in education, demonstrating their commitment to serving as positive role models. Applications open on Dec. 16, 2025, and close on March 3, 2026.

The Carteret County Association of Home Builders Murdoch Scholarship offers financial assistance to graduating seniors and graduates from Carteret County high schools. Eligible students must be enrolled full-time in accredited technical schools or universities pursuing degrees in construction-related fields. Female graduates of a Brunswick County, NC, high school who plan to attend or currently attend a qualified institution of higher learning, including a college, university or community college, to pursue a degree in one of the STEM disciplines (Science, Engineering, Technology, or Math).

The Boost San Diego Scholarship, offered by The San Diego Foundation, is designed to support first-generation college students from San Diego County. Eligible applicants are high school seniors with a GPA of 3.5 or higher and who plan to enroll in STEM or other high-demand fields. The scholarship emphasizes character, integrity, and financial need, aiming to expand opportunities for students pursuing impactful careers in various disciplines.

The AVID Donald Costa Scholarship, offered by the San Diego Foundation, supports high-achieving AVID seniors in San Diego County. Eligible students must demonstrate academic excellence with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and have a strong commitment to community service and leadership. This scholarship not only recognizes students' achievements but also assists them in pursuing higher education at accredited four-year colleges or universities, fostering future leaders in STEM and beyond.

The AVID Founder’s Scholarship, offered by The San Diego Foundation, supports high-achieving AVID seniors in San Diego County. Eligible candidates must have a GPA of 3.0 or above, completed community service, and participated in an approved AVID program for at least three years. This scholarship recognizes academic excellence and leadership, encouraging students to pursue higher education at accredited four-year colleges or universities in the U.S. It aims to promote college readiness and long-term success for deserving individuals.

The AVID High Tech Academic Achievement Scholarship, offered by The San Diego Foundation, recognizes exceptional AVID seniors in San Diego County. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and have participated in an AVID program for a minimum of three years. This scholarship highlights academic excellence, leadership, and commitment to the AVID program, encouraging students to pursue higher education at accredited four-year colleges or universities in the U.S.

The SDIAS Mahatma Gandhi Scholarship for AVID Students, offered by The San Diego Foundation, aims to support San Diego County AVID program participants in pursuing post-secondary education. Eligible applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.5, have taken advanced courses, and demonstrate financial need. This scholarship helps underrepresented students access educational opportunities, ensuring that those whose parents did not attend college can achieve their academic goals and contribute to their communities.

Tom and Terry Lewis Scholarship

Tom and Terry Lewis Scholarship applicants should:

• Be graduating high school seniors
• Plan to enroll full-time at an accredited four-year university in San Diego County in fall
• Have a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
• Plan to major in science, technology, engineering or mathematics
• Be a United States citizen
• Have a demonstrated financial need
• Special consideration may be given to students who have participated in extracurricular activities or community service, or have work experience.

• Students from underserved and underrepresented backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply
• Have a demonstrated financial need
• Open to those applicants above with a focus on reducing historical educational disparities for those furthest from opportunity

The Pittsburgh Foundation provides scholarship opportunities for students to pursue their educational goals. Scholarships are available for graduating high school seniors, undergraduates, graduate, medical and professional school students who are attending community colleges, four–year universities, graduate schools, and career/technical schools.

Pittsburgh ERG Scholarship Fund

The Pittsburgh ERG Scholarship formed by employees of Microsoft delivers on the mission of Microsoft’s local employee resource group to support diversity and inclusion. This scholarship enables high school students with disabilities and/or financial needs to go to college and pursue a career in technology. In addition, we hope to contribute to increasing the pool of people living with a disability enrolling in higher education and, in the long term, decrease the unemployment bias for this demographic. This scholarship will be awarded to promising high school seniors living in the city of Pittsburgh who plan to attend a vocational or academic college and have a financial need. The amount of this multi-year renewable scholarship is $12,000 payable over four years ($3,000 per year). (Immediate family members of Microsoft employees are not eligible for this scholarship.)

The Pittsburgh Foundation provides scholarship opportunities for students to pursue their educational goals. Scholarships are available for graduating high school seniors, undergraduates, graduate, medical and professional school students who are attending community colleges, four–year universities, graduate schools, and career/technical schools.

Kennametal Scholarship Fund

The Kennametal Scholarship Fund was created at The Pittsburgh Foundation to support students in Southwestern Pennsylvania with financial need pursuing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) related degrees. The purpose of the scholarship is to broaden the awareness of opportunities in STEM by supporting students who have been disproportionately affected by systemic barriers to educational achievement.

Better World Scholarship Fund

The scholarship encourages women to acquire a degree in a science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) field. The donor’s bachelor’s degree is in mathematics, followed 15 years later with a master’s degree in business administration. Her degree in mathematics provided opportunities for jobs in software development and application, medical research, technical documentation, organizational education and training, scientific research, and business. Her career was challenging, dynamic, encouraged creativity, never boring, offered schedule flexibility that allowed her to parent her four children, provided career choice independence, and was lucrative.
