Tri-County Electric Cooperative (TCEC) offers the Operation Round Up program, a charitable initiative that allows members to round up their electric bills for community projects. The Micro-Grants Program offers funding between $250 and $500 for small projects in Broome, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, and Tioga counties. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) organizations, school districts, and municipalities. Grants support small purchases, supplies, and unexpected expenses. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with decisions made within 10 business days. Each organization may submit only one request per calendar year. Note: Funding is limited and will close when allocated funds are depleted.

The KC Can Grant supports 501(c)(3) organizations in Kansas City, focusing on projects that address children's basic needs, education, and wellness. Eligible projects should provide long-term benefits, be feasible within a year, and align with the KC CAN! mission. The grant aims to fund initiatives that might otherwise go unsupported and encourages community involvement through professional and volunteer efforts.

The Chapel of the Cross Seed Fund aims to foster innovative community initiatives that may not have been possible without this support. By providing funding for new programs, the Seed Fund encourages parishioners and the broader community to engage in meaningful service. Each year, one grant is awarded, with applications opening in spring and recipients announced in fall. This initiative seeks to create a lasting impact and inspire further community involvement.

The St. Charles Health System offers small grants of $500 or less to support organizations demonstrating significant employee engagement. Grants are reviewed monthly, focusing on initiatives that promote better health and care without discrimination based on protected characteristics. Applicants should ensure their activities align with the funding criteria, as indirect costs are not supported. This funding opportunity aims to foster community health improvements.

St. Charles Health System offers sponsorships to support charities that align with its mission of promoting community health and well-being. Proposals can be submitted year-round, with reviews occurring three times annually. Events must provide visibility for St. Charles and be vetted for inclusivity. Special consideration is given to health-related projects and those involving St. Charles caregivers. The San Juan Island Community Foundation is dedicated to enhancing community well-being through strategic grants over $3,500. Applicants must discuss their projects beforehand, ensuring alignment with the foundation's mission. The foundation does not fund projects benefiting individuals directly or those that are political or religious in nature. The San Juan Island Community Foundation offers grants up to $3,500 to support local nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and non-profit schools. The LVRF Community Grants, established by the Las Vegas Rotary Club in 1998, aim to support local service projects through an endowment fund. Grants up to $5,000 are available, with potential for additional funding based on board discretion. Eligible applicants include 501(C)3 organizations that demonstrate significant community benefits. Please note, funds for salaries or administrative expenses are not eligible, and applications must be complete to be considered.

Resorts World Las Vegas is dedicated to enhancing community welfare through its Community Partnership Grant. This initiative focuses on partnering with non-profits to foster collaboration and support for those in need. Eligible organizations must provide a valid 501(c)(3) status and can only submit one request per year. Given the high volume of applications, not all requests can be fulfilled. Requests must be submitted online at least eight weeks prior to any planned event.

The Resorts World Las Vegas Community Partnership Grant supports local non-profits, emphasizing collaboration and community engagement. Applications for partnerships can be submitted year-round but are reviewed annually from September 1 to October 15. Eligible organizations must provide a valid 501(c)(3) tax-exempt form and tax-ID. While the grant aims to accommodate requests, it cannot guarantee fulfillment due to high demand. This initiative represents Resorts World's commitment to fostering positive community relations and supporting those in need.

The Hometown Partners Giving Circle Grant Program aims to strengthen communities in Aurora, Marionville, and Verona by fully funding impactful projects. The program, managed by the Aurora Area Community Foundation, invites nonprofit organizations to submit proposals. Eligible applicants include IRS-approved entities that serve the local area and can attend a check presentation on May 17, 2025. Grant submissions are accepted from March 17 to April 11, 2025, fostering collaboration and community enhancement.

The Akron Community Foundation offers capital grants to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations for facility renovations and essential equipment purchases. Grants range from $2,500 to $25,000 and require at least 50% of project funds to be secured prior to application. Since 2018, $880,000 has been invested in community improvements, prioritizing projects in arts, health, and sustainability, particularly those benefiting Summit County residents and addressing historical inequalities.

The Monarch Mountain Community Outreach Matching Donation Program, funded by the Chaffee County Community Foundation, encourages season pass holders and employees to support local charities. Donations between $25 and $500 will be matched dollar-for-dollar, with a maximum of $1,000 per organization annually. This initiative aims to foster community spirit and amplify the impact of individual contributions towards charitable, civic, and educational causes in Chaffee County.

The Community Foundation of Boone County offers the Community Enrichment Grant to enhance the quality of life for residents, business owners, and visitors in Zionsville. Established in 1991, the foundation has granted over $30 million to support local nonprofits. This grant aims to address unmet needs in the community through partnerships with local organizations. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with awards made semi-annually on March 30 and September 30.

The David Sursa Leadership Award, established by the Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County, honors exceptional leaders who impact the community positively. This award recognizes individuals who demonstrate commitment and service to Delaware County, reflecting the values of its first Board President, David Sursa. A $2,500 grant is awarded to the nominating organization in the recipient's honor, fostering continued philanthropy and community engagement.

Central Kentucky Community Foundation Grant

CKCF strives to enhance communities by uniting people and investing resources through philanthropy. We are committed to building philanthropic resources that will enrich the lives of people who live in our nine-county region encompassing Breckinridge, Grayson, Hardin, Hart, LaRue, Marion, Meade, Nelson, and Washington counties. One of the ways we carry out this work is through a meaningful and impactful grants program.

The nonprofit organizations serving our communities provide vital services and opportunities making this a great place to call home. Our nonprofits work to help fulfill their mission and bring new opportunities to our community, but serving a growing region comes with challenges. To meet the ever-changing needs of our community, CKCF’s Granted program offers funding opportunities to our local nonprofits.

This program offers grant funding in three categories:

• Capacity Building: funding organizational and financial stability, program quality, and growth, allowing nonprofits to carry out their mission more effectively.
• Capital Improvement: funding essential items to help organizations fulfill their mission. These grants are typically a one-time expense.
• Programming: funding ideas or expand existing programs that align with the mission of the organization.

Funding

Organizations may apply for funding in only one category for up to $7,500. Additionally, we will offer the opportunity for a “stretch” ask for up to $10,000 enabling nonprofits to receive additional funding to strengthen their project.

The CRDA Government Grants aim to stimulate economic growth and community development in Atlantic City. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) non-profits with a proven track record of community service. These grants support projects that will directly benefit local residents, enhancing tourism and revitalization efforts. Ineligible expenses include operational costs and prior agreements. The CRDA is committed to leveraging public and private investments to create sustainable initiatives that will attract visitors and improve the quality of life in Atlantic City.

The FTSC Community Grants aim to enhance the quality of life in the Tri-State area by providing funding for innovative projects that strengthen non-profits and address significant community challenges. Eligible organizations, including 501(c)(3) charities, can apply for these grants, with a focus on improving management capacity and testing new solutions. The Foundation awards grants biannually, ensuring a responsive approach to community needs.

The Community Foundation of Boone County offers an Unrestricted Grant Opportunity to support local nonprofits with grant amounts up to $10,000. Applications will be accepted from August 26 to September 10, 2025, with recipients notified by the end of October. This initiative aims to enhance the quality of life in Boone County by addressing unmet community needs through strategic philanthropic partnerships.

The Cookie Jar Grant empowers women and girls in Benton County by funding programs that enhance their health and well-being. Since its inception, it has awarded over $100,000 to various initiatives, including educational resources and health screenings. Priority is given to collaborative projects that serve the community and have diverse funding sources. This initiative exemplifies a commitment to creating a supportive environment for women and girls, ensuring they have the tools to reach their full potential.

The Minton Family Community Fund Grant, established by the East Texas Communities Foundation, aims to support nonprofit organizations serving East Texans. This grant honors a family's legacy in Sabine County, ensuring the community thrives through various funding opportunities. With a commitment to addressing essential issues such as healthcare, housing, and environmental protection, this grant fosters collaboration among diverse organizations, enhancing the quality of life for residents.
