For Kansas high school seniors, students enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs, or current professionals pursuing a teaching career at USD 327 in Ellsworth, Kansas.

Renewals

Scholarship recipients are eligible for renewal for up to three years providing the recipient satisfies one of the following criteria:

• Enrolled full-time at an accredited post-secondary institution and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale); OR
• Remain in good professional standing as determined by existing yearly evaluation procedures completed by USD 327.

Program Overview:

Laura Bush 21st Century Librarian (LB21) projects build a library and archival workforce that can meet the information needs of communities and increase the institutional capacity of libraries, archives, and library and information science graduate programs across the country.  

The program supports projects that:  

• provide training and professional development to library and archives professionals;  
• develop faculty and information leaders; and 
• recruit, educate, and retain the next generation of library and archives professionals. 

Projects can support the recruitment, education, training, and retention of pre-professionals, students, faculty, and the current library and archives workforce.

The HKS American Service Fellowship provides full scholarships and stipends for mid-career public service leaders to pursue a one-year Mid-Career Master in Public Administration at Harvard Kennedy School. Targeting U.S. military veterans, public employees, and alumni of service programs, this fellowship emphasizes skill development and community impact. Marcelle Heritage Foundation Scholarship Fund

About the Fund

This scholarship fund is dedicated to the memory of Dr. Norbert S. Marcelle Jr. and Dr. Beatrice L. Marcelle. The Marcelles had several titles during their long and illustrious careers, including pastors, founders, leaders, educators, and social activists. They always gave back to their community and came up with a vision to expand opportunities for higher learning to the most disadvantaged by establishing a scholarship fund.

The scholarship will provide financial assistance to support selected college-bound and vocational school students in achieving their higher education goals. This scholarship is available to the Emmanuel Deliverance Church of God congregation, their family members, and graduating high school seniors from low-income communities in Palm Beach County.

The Florida International University/Baptist Health Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship offers a one-year immersive program focused on advanced training in orthopaedic sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery. Established in 1988, it prepares surgeons for diverse practice environments, providing hands-on experience with professional athletes.
