The Ed & Joyce Creske Family Foundation Grants support charitable organizations in central Wisconsin, specifically Lincoln, Marathon, and Portage Counties. The foundation prioritizes causes that positively impact the Mosinee community. However, it does not fund annual campaigns, operating expenses, debt retirement, endowments, direct individual support, lobbying, or sectarian causes. The Indiana CTSI (IUSM) Core Equipment Grant invites proposals from designated IU School of Medicine Cores for equipment purchases that enhance research capabilities. Funding between $5,000 and $100,000 is available, with consideration for higher amounts if matching funds are identified. Eligible applicants must demonstrate the potential for new technologies and broad user engagement, with preference given to projects leveraging additional funding sources.

The Indiana CTSI Core Facilities offer Pilot Funding for research projects that utilize advanced technologies and expertise. This funding program encourages proposals that showcase scientific merit and the potential for generating extramural funding or novel intellectual property. The Responsible Technology Youth Power Fund is a pioneering initiative empowering youth and intergenerational organizations to shape the responsible technology movement. With $1.5 million in funding, it offers grants between $25,000 and $200,000 to U.S.-based 501(c)(3) public charities. The fund focuses on enhancing human rights, addressing social issues through tech, and ensuring equitable access, while encouraging innovative and equitable solutions from youth-led initiatives.

Sisseton Area Community Foundation Grants

Grants from the Sisseton Area Community Foundation support non-profit organizations and groups that are addressing community needs in the Sisseton area. These grants are selected by a volunteer Advisory Board.

The South Dakota Community Foundation offers an array of grants to help state nonprofits realize their dreams and continue investing in their communities. 

Tyndall Community Foundation Grant

The sole purpose of the Tyndall Community Foundation is to support the general welfare of the Tyndall community.

To date, the Tyndall Community Foundation has given back nearly $70,000 in grants to nonprofit groups and organizations in Tyndall.

Qualification

• Purpose of the project should fulfill a community need. (for example: is your project going to benefit the community in general)
• IRS now requires a non-profit organization be verified by the IRS. Proof of non-profit status may be required upon request. Governmental entities (cities, counties, schools) and churches are exempt from the verification requirements and do qualify to receive grant funding.

Discrimination

Applications from agencies offering services exclusively to one gender, age, group or race will be closely scrutinized for discriminatory practices.

Fund Distribution

• Grant applications must be completed in full.
• Grants will be reviewed and awarded at the discretion of the Tyndall Community Foundation Board.
• All applicants will be informed verbally and /or in writing to the approval or disapproval of their application.
• Funds must be used within 12 months from awarding or funds will revert back to the community funds account.

Limitations

• Tyndall Community Foundation will grant no more than a maximum of 4.5% of Fund’s Value in any single year.
• Recipients may be eligible for one grant every other year, unless surplus money is available.

The Northern Lowcountry Grants, specifically the Dorchester County Fund, is managed by the Coastal Community Foundation of South Carolina. The Northern Lowcountry Grants: Giving Back to Berkeley County Fund, established in 2008 by the Coastal Community Foundation, aims to enhance the quality of life for residents in Berkeley County, South Carolina. This fund supports nonprofits across various fields, encouraging applications for general operating support. The foundation, active since 1974, is the largest community foundation in the state, managing over 700 funds and distributing millions in grants and scholarships each year.

The Derby Community Foundation offers the Community Enrichment Grant to support innovative projects that enhance the quality of life for residents within the Derby community. Nonprofit organizations and government entities can apply for up to $10,000 in funding through a competitive application process. The grant aims to connect resources with community needs, fostering philanthropy and collaboration. Applications are accepted annually from July 1 to September 30, encouraging impactful initiatives aligned with the Foundation's mission.

The CRDA Government Grants aim to stimulate economic growth and community development in Atlantic City. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) non-profits with a proven track record of community service. These grants support projects that will directly benefit local residents, enhancing tourism and revitalization efforts. Ineligible expenses include operational costs and prior agreements. The CRDA is committed to leveraging public and private investments to create sustainable initiatives that will attract visitors and improve the quality of life in Atlantic City.

This Request for Information (RFI) seeks input on the urgent need for gigawatt-scale electricity generation and transmission due to rapid demand growth from data centers and advanced manufacturing. The U.S. electric grid faces significant challenges, including limited capacity and aging infrastructure, which could hinder timely interconnection of new energy sources. Stakeholders are invited to provide feedback on overcoming regulatory and operational barriers to meet this escalating demand.

Leslie Grants - "Small but Mighty!"

A new grant-making approach for the Foundation, Leslie Grants are available to nonprofit organizations seeking requests between $500 and $1,000 all year, any time, until the cycle closes on October 30th 2026, or until the allocated funds are depleted. This grant cycle was introduced to accommodate smaller projects that may require funding outside of the timeline of other grant cycles.

Kansas Kiwanis Foundation 

The Kansas Kiwanis Foundation was founded in 1963, the Kansas Kiwanis Foundation is a charitable corporation organized under the laws of the State of Kansas and in accordance with the IRS Code 501 (c)(3). Our Membership is ALL Kansas Kiwanians. If you belong to a Kiwanis Club in Kansas, you are automatically a member of our foundation. Each division in the Kansas District has a divisional representative who is a member of the Board of Directors and represents individual Kiwanis members.

Club Community Project Grants - Each year clubs can apply for a grant to be awarded to a tax-exempt organization for a community project.

If your club has a tax-exempt organization community project they would like assistance in funding, complete and submit the Grant Request Form. 

The Emil Buehler Perpetual Trust Grant supports U.S. public charities dedicated to advancing aviation science and technology through research and development of improved aircraft. Established in 1984 by Emil Buehler, a visionary in aeronautical science, the trust perpetuates his passion for flight. Proposals should align with the foundation's mission to enhance the aviation field. Deadlines for submissions are June 1 for September meetings and December 1 for April meetings.

The Central Energy Trust offers event funding to support major activities in the Manawatu/Tararua region. Grants are available for projects that are energy-related and benefit the community or promote economic development. The Trust aims to ensure that any profits from these events support charitable organizations, thereby enhancing community welfare and promoting energy conservation. This initiative reflects the Trust's commitment to fostering sustainable energy practices and community engagement.

The Owen-Carr Townships Community Fund Grants aim to enhance the communities of Owen and Carr Townships and Medora, Indiana. Administered by the Community Foundation of Jackson County, this fund accepts various forms of donations to support local projects. Community members have established a permanent endowment to secure funding for future initiatives. The grant proposals are reviewed quarterly, fostering a collaborative effort to improve local infrastructure and support community-driven projects.

The NIH Instrumentation Grant Program for Resource-Limited Institutions supports the acquisition of advanced scientific instruments. This initiative aims to bolster biomedical research capabilities and educational opportunities at institutions that typically receive limited NIH Research Project Grant funding. By facilitating access to modern technology, the program enhances research quality and fosters innovation in healthcare and related fields.

The Institute of Education Sciences (IES) supports state agencies in utilizing their longitudinal data systems to inform educational policies and program decisions. This grant aims to enhance access to high-quality education and improve academic performance among learners. By empowering local education agencies with data-driven insights, IES fosters evidence-based practices that can lead to significant advancements in educational outcomes. This initiative is essential for shaping effective education strategies across states.

The Institute of Education Sciences (IES) offers the Statistical and Research Methodology in Education grant (84.305D) to enhance education research through improved statistical methods and tools. This program invites applications focused on Core Grants for developing new methodologies or Toolkits for compiling existing research into user-friendly resources.
