The Fund for Littlestown

Objective

Created in 2018 through the generosity and in memory of Bernard, Mary and Dick Selby to support “unmet community needs” through an annual grants program, The Fund for Littlestown supports the community of Littlestown, PA.

The Utah State Board of Education (USBE) Digital Teaching and Learning (DTL) Grant Program provides funds to Utah schools for technology-powered learning, guided by Utah Code 53F-2-510 and USBE Board Rule R277-922. The Utah Education and Telehealth Network conducts an inventory of the state public education system's current technology resources and other items as determined by UETN, including software. It performs an engineering study to determine the technology infrastructure needs of the public education system to implement a digital teaching and learning program, including the infrastructure needed for the state board, UETN, and LEAs; and as funding allows, UETN provides infrastructure and technology support for school districts and charter schools.

The Digital Teaching and Learning Grant Program was created to improve educational outcomes in public schools by effectively incorporating comprehensive digital teaching and learning technology. There is no federal funding, federal requirement, federal education agreement, or national program included or related to this state adopted program.

The State-Local Partner Mentorship (SLP-M) program aims to establish local arts agencies in Glenn, Kings, and San Joaquin counties, where none currently exist. This initiative supports existing State-Local Partners in fostering new agencies that will enhance arts and cultural activities across these communities. Eligible applicants must have a history of arts programming, nonprofit status, and be current grantees in the CAC State-Local Partners Program, ensuring strong support for local artists and organizations.

Prior to 2008, this prize was awarded as the Biological Physics Prize.

Nominations will be considered for three review cycles provided the nominator re-certifies the nomination before the next deadline.

2026-2028 System of Great Schools: Advisor Pool Management

Program Description

TEA’s Division of System Support builds the capacity of districts to plan and execute school actions to ensure that every student has access to a high-quality fit school. One way the division builds the capacity of districts and leaders is through the System of Great Schools (SGS) network. The SGS strategy is a district-wide innovation and problem-solving approach that seeks to:

1) empower educators to design and lead high-quality schools;

2) empower families with high-quality options and informed choices; and

3) focus central office on high-leverage oversight, innovation, and support activities. 

The Capacity Building Fall grant by Allied Arts of Oklahoma Inc offers cash grants up to $5,000 for nonprofit arts organizations to enhance their capabilities. Eligible organizations can apply for funding to support various projects, including training and strategic planning. Priority is given to projects yielding concrete results and those within Oklahoma.
