The Climate Program Office (CPO) FY2026 Earth System Science and Services Partnership (ESSSP) aims to enhance NOAA's mission through collaborative research and activities. The R3PEATS Rigor Scholar Cohort Awards (K12) are designed to empower early-career researchers by enhancing their skills in rigorous scientific practices. This initiative promotes collaboration across institutions to develop best practices in research methodologies, including preregistration and randomization. Participants will gain essential training to ensure excellence and transparency in scientific research, aligning with the NIH's commitment to improve replicability and reproducibility in the field.

The Minnesota Board on Aging (STATE), is seeking Proposals from qualified Responders to support the administration of self-directed caregiver grants for at-risk individuals, caregiving for an older adult, through the use of a Fiscal Management Service. 

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be from November 1, 2026 until June 30, 2027. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.

Funding Availability

$477,000 is available for the initial 8-month term, with an option to renew up to 5 years. The MBA anticipates awarding one grant contract through this RFP. An administrative fee of up to 10% is allowable. The contract for state fiscal year 2027 runs from November 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Subsequent contract will start on July 1 and end on June 30 of each state fiscal year.
