The Purpose of the SCOTT M. ADELMAN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP is to honor the memory of a founding member of the Carroll County Technology Council by providing a scholarship for a graduating senior or continuing education student from any Carroll County High School or College pursuing an undergraduate degree in marketing, business, computer science, information technology, cyber security, or other technology related field, who meets the criteria established for this fund. Continuing students in these fields currently attending Carroll Community College or McDaniel College are also eligible.

Thomas Beyard Charitable Fund Scholarship

The purpose of the THOMAS BEYARD CHARITABLE FUND SCHOLARSHIP is to provide an annual scholarship for a deserving student-athlete in good academic standing who is a full-time student pursuing a degree at Carroll Community College and meets the criteria established for the fund.

All income in the Fund shall be used for fund purposes. The money shall be transmitted by the Community Foundation of Carroll County directly to the desired college or university and applied directly to the student's tuition and books. The monies shall not be remitted to the FUND winner.
