The ArtsKC Mission Support Grant is designed to support non-profit organizations whose primary focus is the arts in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Grants of $5,000 are available, with funding aimed at promoting artistic excellence, community impact, and inclusivity. The program supports various art forms and encourages diverse-led organizations to apply, fostering a thriving arts community. Last year, 18 grants were awarded, totaling $98,500, with a multi-year funding commitment for continued support.

The Kentucky Arts Partnership Grant provides vital operating support to arts organizations in Kentucky, ensuring that residents have access to year-round arts programming. This grant is aimed at independent arts groups and local arts agencies, helping to foster strong community engagement and cultural diversity. Organizations must demonstrate fiscal responsibility and maintain IRS tax-exempt status to qualify. This initiative not only enhances art participation but also strengthens the overall arts delivery system across the state.

The Equipment & Facilities Improvement Grants provide up to $10,000 in matching funds to nonprofit arts organizations in the Southwest Minnesota region. This funding supports the purchase of equipment and facilities upgrades that enhance organizational capacity to meet community arts needs. Eligible applicants include arts-focused nonprofits and government units, with no cash match required for fiscal year 2023. The aim is to strengthen the region's arts infrastructure while fostering accessibility and inclusivity in arts projects.

The WV Culture: Cultural Facilities and Capital Resources Fast Track program offers up to $10,000 in emergency funding to support schools, local governments, and 501(c)3 organizations. This financial assistance is aimed at renovating arts venues, enhancing accessibility, and making essential capital purchases, ensuring the preservation and improvement of cultural facilities across West Virginia.

The Landfall Foundation was established to support non-profit organizations and schools in the greater Wilmington area by providing individuals and businesses a meaningful way to support those in need. Our grants fund projects and programs in the areas of the arts, education, and health and welfare. All grant dollars remain local, benefitting the residents of New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender counties.

Our Mission

The mission of The Landfall Foundation is to provide support to non-profit organizations and schools serving Brunswick, New Hanover and Pender Counties. Grants are awarded for well defined projects and programs in the areas of arts, education, and health and welfare, through a comprehensive vetting process.

Landfall Foundation: Macro Grants

Macro Grants Applications are only available to Organizations that were selected during the LOI process. $10,001 to $50,000. Approximately 3-5 will be awarded annually. These grants are designed for high-impact initiatives. These selective grants will focus on projects or programs that can bring about transformative change in the community. These may include capital projects designed to improve, expand or repair existing facilities or the purchase of major equipment that supports the organization’s mission.

The State Cultural Facilities Grant Program (SCFG) supports the preservation and improvement of cultural properties in Rhode Island. This matching grant program enhances public and nonprofit artistic centers, museums, and historic sites, fostering community engagement and economic growth. The Rhode Island State Council on the Arts oversees the program, providing vital funding and technical assistance to ensure the arts thrive, benefiting both local communities and the state's cultural landscape.

Dearborn Community Foundation

The Dearborn Community Foundation, Inc., (DCF) is a community foundation, tax-exempt public charity that enables individuals, families, businesses and organizations to fulfill their charitable wishes. DCF builds and safeguards endowments for the community through contributions large and small. The endowment contributions are permanently invested to produce earnings so that these charitable funds make a difference in our community now and forever.

DCF Grants 

The Dearborn Community Foundation, Inc., (DCF) has awarded more than $33 million in grants since 1997. The grants support the needs/interests of the community in the fields of Art, Culture and Humanities, Community and Public Benefit, Education, Public Safety, Environment and Animal Protection, Human Services, and Youth Programs.

City of Lawrenceburg Community Grant Program (LCGP) - Phase I

The City of Lawrenceburg has generously provided funds for the Lawrenceburg Community Grant Program. The program is specifically for non-profit, IRS tax exempt organizations that provide a benefit, direct or indirect, to the Lawrenceburg community and Dearborn County.

Grant applications requesting $5,000 or less will be accepted pursuant to the grant application deadlines. Applications will be considered as long as funds are available.

LCGP Specific Guidelines

• grant funds are not granted to sustain ongoing projects/programs;
• grant applications will be considered as long as funds are available;
• organizations may not apply for any property improvements (buildings, fencing etc. …) to land not owned by the organization seeking the grant funds

The AAC Arts on Tour Grant, administered by the Arkansas Arts Council, provides financial support to nonprofit organizations, including schools and libraries, for hiring professional artists. Grants reimburse up to 40% of costs (up to $2,000) for artists from the Arts on Tour Artist Roster. This initiative aims to enhance cultural access and promote artistic excellence across Arkansas, thereby enriching the community's cultural landscape and fostering economic growth.

The AAC General Operating Support Grant, offered by the Arkansas Arts Council, aims to assist established nonprofit organizations in the arts sector with funding for administrative and operational costs. Eligible applicants include local arts agencies and single-discipline organizations with total incomes exceeding $50,000. The grant supports non-programmatic expenses, requiring a matching contribution and a part-time paid executive director. This funding is crucial for fostering a vibrant arts community in Arkansas.

The ACTF Low-Middle Economy Scholarships aim to support citizens from developing countries in acquiring analytical science skills through short-term study in the UK or Ireland. This scholarship, valued at up to £5,000, facilitates practical learning experiences to enhance analytical chemistry knowledge, fostering beneficial impacts upon scholars' return home. Preference is given to programs promising tangible benefits rather than purely academic pursuits, ensuring the funding directly contributes to the development of analytical expertise in low-middle economy countries.

The Back to Better Resilience Grants provide $3,000 to artists and creative entrepreneurs in Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, or Huntingdon County, who experienced significant income disruption due to the pandemic. Eligible applicants must have primarily earned their income from their artistic practice in 2019 and be active in their creative field. This initiative, funded by the PA Department of Community and Economic Development, aims to support the recovery of the arts community.

The Community Seed Donations program by Seed Savers Exchange provides seeds to schools, community gardens, and nonprofits, ensuring that these resources are freely available to those in need. In addition, they offer disaster relief seed donations for organizations affected by recent natural disasters. To qualify, applicants must be nonprofits with U.S. shipping addresses. This initiative not only supports community growth but also promotes sustainability and resilience in the face of challenges.

The Cole Center Family YMCA Capital Fund aims to enhance community well-being by providing essential support for capital projects and repairs at the Cole Center YMCA facilities. Established in 1997, the fund reflects the YMCA's commitment to serve individuals of all backgrounds, promoting healthy living through diverse programs that foster community engagement and inclusivity. By leveraging generous donations, the fund plays a vital role in ensuring the YMCA can continue its mission of positive change in Noble County.

Community Development Block Grant Planning 

Description/Guidelines

CDBG Planning Grants are available to eligible counties, cities and towns. Local governments may apply on behalf of special purpose districts, such as water or sewer districts; unincorporated areas; public school districts; or nonprofit or for profit organizations, such as a human resource development council, an economic development agency, an area agency on aging, a local domestic violence shelter, a Boys and Girls Club, local food bank, hospital, nursing home, etc. Counties may also apply for Planning grants on behalf of tribal utility authorities or in those cases where tribal members would be assisted like any other county residents.

Local governments may apply for one CDBG Planning Grant per funding cycle. Local governments with an open CDBG Planning Grant from a previous funding cycle are ineligible to apply for an additional Planning Grant until their current planning project is completed and closed out, except in special circumstances, with prior approval of Commerce. 

Consolidated local governments, such as Butte-Silver Bow and Anaconda-Deer Lodge, may apply for two Planning Grants per funding cycle and may have up to two Planning Grants open at any given time. 

The Smith-Hobson Foundation Grant provides vital support for arts and cultural initiatives in western Ventura County. This includes funding for museums, historical societies, fine and performing arts, and arts education. The foundation is open to considering broader projects and may reach out directly for proposals outside its standard priorities. Nonprofit organizations are encouraged to apply, ensuring a diverse range of cultural projects are promoted and accessible to the community.

Outstanding Educator Award (2026-05-01)

Since 1985, the AGC Education and Research Foundation has recognized annually an educator who makes a significant mark in the field of construction education. The Outstanding Educator award is based on a nominee’s academic contribution as well as his/her work with students outside of the classroom and involvement with colleagues in the industry.

The Outstanding Educator receives a $5,000 cash award and may name two students as recipients of $2,500 scholarships for the coming academic year. In addition, the recipient will be invited to the annual AGC convention as a guest of the foundation.

The Building for Equity: Capacity Building Grants support organizations in enhancing their long-term facility needs with funding up to $25,000. This initiative prioritizes projects that aid in advocating, planning, and constructing spaces for cultural programming, particularly for underserved communities in King County. Through a competitive evaluation process, grants aim to foster sustainability and community benefit, emphasizing cultural equity and access across the region.

The SEMAC: General Operating Support Grants invite nonprofit arts organizations in the SEMAC region, with operating expenses under $174,000, to apply for funding aimed at enhancing their stability through administrative support. Grants of up to $5,000 annually (totaling $10,000 over two years) are available, with recipients required to submit an interim report after the first year. Applications are accepted until funds are depleted, with specific deadlines for notifications.

Ability Central's Community Impact Grants in California aim to enhance communication and information access for Deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent individuals. Focused on community-driven projects, these grants support initiatives that address critical access needs, promote meaningful inclusion, and leverage existing resources. By funding communication access programs and services, the grants help remove barriers, ensuring equitable participation in community life across the state, thereby fostering a more inclusive society.

The Culture & Community Grant aims to enhance Oklahoma's rich cultural heritage by supporting projects that celebrate and preserve diverse traditions and artistic expressions. This initiative fosters collaboration and community engagement, enriching lives through cultural experiences. By funding such projects, the grant seeks to bring communities together, expanding knowledge and appreciation for local cultures and historical achievements. Applications are encouraged from those committed to promoting cultural vitality and inclusivity.

The CMAB Community Arts Support Grant Program, managed by the Central Minnesota Arts Board, provides vital funding to enhance arts access in Benton, Sherburne, Stearns, and Wright counties. Established in 1979, this program supports nonprofit arts organizations with grants ranging from $3,000 to $10,000 for operations, administration, and outreach initiatives. Through these funds, CMAB aims to foster community engagement and appreciation for the arts, especially among underserved populations.

Local Share Account (LSA) – Statewide

The PA Race Horse Development and Gaming Act (Act 2004-71), as amended, provides for the distribution of gaming revenues through the Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA) to support projects in the public interest within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The Jewell County Community Fund, part of the Greater Salina Community Foundation, aims to enhance community welfare by providing grants for various projects and programs. This unrestricted fund supports initiatives that improve the quality of life in Jewell County, including capacity building, seed money for new projects, and capital improvements. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) nonprofits, educational institutions, and government entities, fostering collaboration to address local needs effectively.

The Philip J. Wyatt Award in Analytical Chemistry, established in 1947 and endowed by the Wyatt Family Foundation in 2026, recognizes outstanding contributions to analytical chemistry. Offered by the American Chemical Society, the award includes a $5,000 prize and a certificate, with up to $2,500 for travel expenses to the award presentation meeting. This award supports diversity and inclusion by being available regardless of race, gender, or background, promoting a global community in the field of chemistry.
