The Seay Family Scholarship Fund
Nick and Marvin Seay (Garnett Marvin Seay, II) and their parents Kathryn and Garnett are representatives of a family with ties to our region that are 200 years old. The Rev. Douglas T. Pinkard Memorial Scholarship Fund
This scholarship fund was created in memory of Reverend Douglas T. Pinkard. He was a loving father who had five children who attended Spotsylvania County high schools.
