Dean Emerita Adrienne Maslin Scholarship

Eriksen Family Scholarship

This scholarship was established in 2021 by the Eriksen Family. It is awarded to a full- or part-time, continuing or graduating student who wishes to pursue a bachelor’s degree. This award is intended to provide an ongoing opportunity for the student to continue their education.

The Jean Griswold Foundation

The Jean Griswold Foundation (JGF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting Caregivers through educational opportunities and scholarships. 

Our Mission

The mission of the Jean Griswold Foundation is to support Caregivers by providing educational scholarships* to enable them to further their training, enhance their careers, and better assist the clients they serve.

Greenberg-Hilsdon Family Annual Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to a new or continuing female student with financial need, a minimum GPA of 2.5, and enrolled in business administration, accounting, computer science or a STEM field.

The PositiveNRG Grant Program, led by NRG Energy, focuses on investing in communities through choice and education, community engagement, resilience, sustainability, and well-being. The program is open to non-profit organizations and governmental entities that can demonstrate a meaningful impact. Preference is given to initiatives that foster community involvement and inclusiveness. However, sponsorships for religious or political activities are generally not supported. This program aims to empower communities through innovative energy solutions.

The Enbridge Safe Community First Responder Program is designed to support emergency response organizations across Canada and the U.S. by providing grants for safety equipment, training, and educational programs. Launched in 2002, it has invested over $22 million in enhancing community safety. Eligible organizations include fire departments and medical services located near Enbridge operations. This scholarship was established by Carolyn Innocenzi, evening coordinator of the Meriden campus, and Ken Innocenzi, MxCC Foundation board chair. It is awarded to one female student and one male student both from Meriden.

John T. and Jane A. Wiederhold Foundation Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to a veterinary technology student who has successfully completed all program admission prerequisites, has a minimum GPA of 3.0 and is enrolled in at least six credits.

The PLTW Launch program, in collaboration with Burns and McDonnell, aims to enhance STEM education by expanding access to innovative educational modules in eligible schools. This initiative supports public and charter schools in targeted counties, focusing on increasing student engagement in STEM fields. Through grant funding, participating schools can introduce new PLTW Launch modules and provide essential training for teachers, fostering a richer learning environment to prepare students for future careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

The Rockfall Foundation is accepting applications for its 2026 Annual Environmental Grants Program, aimed at non-profit organizations, municipalities, and schools. Mayor’s Scholarship for Middletown

The Mayor’s Scholarship is funded by the Office of the Mayor, City of Middletown.

The Westbrook Foundation Grants support local nonprofit organizations, government entities, and community groups in Westbrook.
