The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU) is a regulatory authority with a statutory mandate to ensure safe, adequate, and proper utility services at reasonable rates for customers in New Jersey. Accordingly, the NJBPU regulates critical services such as natural gas, electricity, water, and telecommunications and cable television. The Board addresses issues of consumer protection, energy reform, deregulation of energy and telecommunications services, and the restructuring of utility rates to encourage energy conservation and competitive pricing in the industry. The Board also has responsibility for monitoring utility service and responding to consumer complaints.
Clean Fleet EV Incentive Program
About the Program
The Clean Fleet Electric Vehicle Incentive Program supports local and state governments as they transition their fleets to EVs. The Program allows local and state government entities in New Jersey to apply for grants toward the purchase of light-duty battery electric vehicles, Class 2b-6 battery electric vehicles, and Level 2 charging equipment.

Special Child Health Services, Hemophilia Services Grant Program
To provide partial support to currently funded regional hemophilia treatment centers for patients residing in New Jersey and partial support or the purchase of health insurance policies, co-payments and deductibles for individuals with hemophilia.

Special Child Health Child Evaluation Mini
Provide partial support to develop and produce public awareness materials regarding the lifesaving benefits of transplantation for the purpose of increasing potential organ donors. The grantees have been appointed by the New Jersey Organ and Tissue Donor Awareness Fund per P.L. 2001, CHAPTER 164, approved July 17, 2001, Assembly No. 3235.

The program provides coordinated, comprehensive care through an integrated model that combines medical, behavioral, social, and educational services. It emphasizes strong communication pathways with external providers and delivers ongoing education and outreach to patients, caregivers, staff, and the broader community.

Special Child Health Child Evaluation Centers
Child Evaluation Centers are funded to provide a variety of evaluative services to assess the needs of children with congenital acquired neuro-developmental disorders including communication, learning and behavioral disorders.
New Jersey State grant funds available for this initiative are contingent upon state appropriation. Approximately $2.2 million may be available in State Fiscal Year 2027, which begins July 1, 2026 and ends June 30, 2027.
