Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) allocated $38,282,000 to the Commonwealth via PL- 117-43 and PL 117-180 to support long-term recovery efforts following the remnants of Hurricane Ida in 2021.
Grants will be available for federally designated disaster areas impacted by the disaster.

Priority will be given to projects benefitting residents in Delaware and Montgomery counties identified as the Most Impacted and Distressed (MID) counties.
Priority will be given to projects benefitting low- and moderate-income individuals and households.
